I get it. When I’m overwhelmed and feel like there isn’t enough time in the day, it’s sometimes still a little hard for me to carve out time to talk to someone… even though I know better. But counselling helps us feel less overwhelmed, helps us see the steps forward clearly, and ultimately saves us so much time - not to mention stress! If you’ve never tried it before, give it a shot!

I offer video counselling sessions from the comfort and convenience of your own home, anywhere in Alberta.

In-person appointments are an option for existing clients (after an initial video intake session).
